Our client is seeking to acquire Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Air Cargo, Sea Freight businesses in Australia / New Zealand.

Our client is a Global Freight Logistics Business with 190 branches worldwide. They are looking to significantly increase their strategic investment in the Australian/New Zealand markets.

ABBA Group is exclusively representing them in Australia to identify and approach suitable businesses that may be open to acquisition.

Required criteria: 

  • Economic value (expected sale price) over $4 million
  • Primarily operating in Australia or New Zealand
  • Has an organically grown local customer base
  • Has a culture of differentiation by service excellence
  • Using Cargowise Systems would be preferable, but not essential
  • Has a direct relationship with the majority of your clients
  • Is open to divestment discussions
